JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller with strong expertise in UAE consultancy projects and tendering processes. The ideal candidate will manage project documentation, handle portal submissions, and assist in tender preparation while ensuring compliance with UAE authorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in UAE consultancy projects.
  • Proven experience in tender documentation preparation and portal monitoring with DM, DDA, DCD, and Trakhees.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, approvals, and project documentation requirements.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and tenders simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
