If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! United Infrastructure Services is looking for a Document Controller, as we expand our water division to meet the demands of AMP8. As our Document Controller, you will: Manage project documentation— organising, storing, and distributing documents efficiently. Administer the Document Management System (DMS)—setting up workflows, managing access, and ensuring data security. Ensure compliance—maintaining records to meet company, client, and regulatory standards. Support the project team—assisting with document formatting, templates, and best practices. Monitor version control—ensuring everyone works from the latest, most accurate documents. Enhance processes—identifying ways to improve efficiency and implement best practices. Qualifications 💻 Technical Skills: Proficient in document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, Asite) and MS Office. 📂 Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision. 🗣 Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to liaise with teams and troubleshoot document issues.
