Description:

The Document Coordinator assists and monitors / reports on the various following tasks:

  • Appropriate action regarding Contractor’s submittals, such as Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples, Requests for Information, etc.
  • Flow of information regarding requests for substitutions.
  • Reproductions, plots, photocopying, supporting the Team.
  • Incoming and outgoing flow of electronic communications dealing with project submittals, sharing information with Clients and Consultants.
  • Coordination of printing of project specifications and other manuals.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience preferably in architectural, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Ability to operate calculator, computer, and general office equipment.
