Job Information The Documentation Coordinator is part of FloWorks’ shared services team, supporting multiple departments and branch locations. This role is responsible for analyzing documentation requirements for customer purchase orders, sourcing and compiling documentation packages, and ensuring compliance with customer and vendor standards. The Documentation Specialist works closely with Expediters, Sales, and external partners as the primary point of contact for documentation-related activities. Key Responsibilities * Gather, organize, copy, and distribute all required documentation for customer purchase orders. * Coordinate documentation submittals in partnership with Expediters to meet project and customer timelines. * Maintain up-to-date document sources and ensure the latest revisions are available through various channels, including vendor websites, internal documentation libraries, and hard copy literature. * Manage documentation workflows and tracking using Smartsheet and other internal systems. * Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all documentation requirements are met efficiently and accurately. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office tools (Windows, Word, Excel) * At least 1-2 years of experience in area of responsibility preferred Physical Demands * Frequently required to stand * Frequently required to walk * Continually required to sit * Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity * Occasionally balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl * Continually required to talk or hear * Continually utilize visual acuity to read technical information and/or use a keyboard * Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds * Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts * Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals * Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions * Occasionally loud noise (examples: shop tool noises, electric motors, moving mechanical equipment) Work Environment This role operates in a professional office environment.
