We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in a temporary capacity. This position is expected to last between 6 to 9 months, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute meaningfully to our organization. Responsibilities
  • Manage receiving, distribution, filing, storing of project documents following the company established standard document control processes and guidelines and/or customer specific requirements.
  • Process engineering, construction and project services documents and ensure accuracy and timeliness of distribution.
  • Assist inside sales, engineering and/or project team ensuring document control requirements are satisfactorily met.
  • Manual reproduction and/or electronic reproduction of virtual documents.
  • Maintain databases and file structure folders for each open project.
  • Manage and document latest issuance of various documentation.
  • Maintain orderly files of originals, revisions, and electronic images within predefined project file structure to ensure ease and reliability of document retrieval.
