PAL Aerospace, in partnership with SkyAlyne—the prime contractor for Canada’s Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program—is delivering cutting-edge training to prepare pilots, Air Combat Systems Officers (ACSOs), and Airborne Electronic Sensor Operators (AES Ops) for the demands of modern operations. PAL Aerospace will play a key role in supporting flight operations using three missionized De Havilland Dash 8-400 (CT-142Q Citadel) aircraft with 402 Squadron. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the RCAF as a civilian, contributing directly to Canada’s national defense and future capabilities.
PAL Aerospace is seeking an experienced Document Management Coordinator to support the FAcT Program and departmental performance initiatives, preferably based in our Ottawa, ON or St. John’s, NL offices. This role is responsible for overseeing the creation, configuration, organization, and maintenance of Program documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and contractual standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency through effective document lifecycle management and information governance.
