Job Description We are now looking for an experienced Document Manager to support our operating offshore wind sites in BA Wind. Who we are and how we work You will become part of our Document Management Department with 25 skilled and enthusiastic colleagues who all support ongoing offshore wind project and sites. We are a diverse department with colleagues located across Northern Europe, and we offer a great extent of freedom to plan and perform your work. You will work independently, but colleagues are always at hand when necessary, and we meet up regularly to share knowledge and offer support where needed. As Document Controller for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) you will deliver support to one or more operating windfarms. Your daily tasks include managing permission set-up, implementing workflow solutions, helping with setting up metadata, views and libraries in SharePoint and moving documentation from SharePoint to SAP DMS. You will also act as Quality Control for incoming documentation, start workflows, and update status on documentation. You will have the following key responsibilities Implementation of the Document Management procedures, processes, templates, applications, etc. Gate keeper of the document control rules, procedures and systems Run and manage the DMS for the project Ensure that engineering documentation meets the established standards and deadlines First line support for document control related issues Distribution and follow up of documentation to internal and external stakeholders As super user for the IT solutions, train project teams to ensure and enable proper understanding and use of the document control processes and systems Take active part in the Document Management network and interface with other departments, and share and implement best practices of Document Management The location of this position Kolding, Amsterdam or Hamburg. Business trips will be required. Qualifications What we are looking for You have a proven track record within the field of Document Management processes and systems You have preferably have knowledge of the wind business and/or operational sites You are an advanced user of O365 / SharePoint and SAP DMS You are structured, pro-active and able to go into the details whilst maintaining the overview You are a good stakeholder manager and a cooperative team player You are highly motivated, results driven and communicative Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written Minimum qualifications 5+ years of experience within document controlling, preferably with experience in implementation of DMS into an engineering, construction or similar business.
