Job Description Suzie Koide Real Estate is expanding its operations and is seeking a detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist to support the preparation, organization, and management of real estate documents within a growing remote team. This is a fully remote position suited for individuals who are organized, accurate, and comfortable working with digital documents in a structured environment. The role begins on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. No prior real estate experience is required, and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and organize real estate documents • Input and update information in internal systems and databases • Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and files • Maintain organized digital filing systems • Assist with basic data entry and documentation support • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely processing of documents Requirements • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document tools) • Ability to follow structured instructions and processes • Reliable and organized work habits • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • No prior real estate experience required (training provided) Compensation & Schedule • Part-time to start, with opportunity for full-time • Flexible schedule based on business needs • $25–$30 per hour Work Environment • Fully remote position • Structured, process-driven workflow • Supportive and professional team environment How to Apply Suzie Koide Real Estate is currently reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
