Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and maintains office locations throughout the United States. Zwicker is presently seeking a Document Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, proven to be a successful motivator of people and manager of processes. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are required. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter, detail oriented, and driven to perform. The base salary for this position is $65,000 per year. Responsibilities include Comply with the firm’s policies and procedures, client and firm work standards, and compliance policies Responsible for assigning employees their work schedules and ensuring they are followed Responsible for the proper training and full knowledge of the procedures for his/her teams Evaluate employees on a regular basis for performance and informing management of any concerns Responsible for tracking and monitoring activity of workflows for their teams Continually motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment Monitor and forward time off requests for approval, review time records and schedule changes, ensuring coverage in their teams Other duties as assigned Requirements Management experience in a team-oriented workplace (preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills Ability to effectively manage the work flow and staff Strong organizational and time management skills High level of professionalism Strong commitment to ethics and compliance standards Collaborative team player Effective decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Able to work efficiently on computerized systems Above average Excel knowledge including analysis, filtering, and V-lookup Knowledge of civil litigation processes (preferred) Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (preferred) Physical Qualifications Be able to lift five pounds or more Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this position.
