We specialize in converting paper documents into digital formats to streamline business operations. We are currently hiring for multiple positions to support a large-scale paper-to-digital conversion project at our Norcross, GA facility. Position Summary We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable individuals to fill the role of Documentation Specialist. This position supports the digital transformation of paper-based documents by preparing materials for scanning, ensuring image quality, and entering or validating data. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a production-driven environment that values accuracy, speed, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Document Preparation Duties: Remove staples, paper clips, bindings, and other fasteners from paper documents. Flatten folded or creased pages and repair torn edges as needed. Categorize and organize documents by type, date, or client specifications. Identify and separate confidential or sensitive materials. Prepare documents in the correct order for scanning, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Lift and move boxes of documents weighing up to 25 lbs. Sit and work at a desk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift). Quality Control / Data Entry Duties: Inspect scanned images to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment. Perform image corrections (e.g., rotating, cropping, or rescanning as needed). Enter (index) data from scanned documents into electronic systems according to exact specifications. Follow client-specific indexing formats and accuracy standards. Maintain high productivity while minimizing errors in data entry and document handling. Communicate with team leads and supervisors to resolve issues or discrepancies. Additional Duties May Include: Organizing and tracking documents through the scanning workflow. Identifying and reporting document quality issues. Assisting in other phases of the document digitization process as needed. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Proven reliability and punctuality; strong work ethic and consistent attendance. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely. Strong attention to detail and focus for repetitive, task-based work. Keyboard proficiency and basic computer navigation skills. Must be able to work quickly and accurately in a production environment. Ability to lift, carry, and move document boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. Comfortable with physical activity such as bending, reaching, and stretching. Ability to sit for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Must have reliable transportation (location is not on a public transportation route). Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
