JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Imaging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and processing of documents, ensuring that all data is accurately captured and stored in our systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and a background in administrative tasks, with a focus on data entry and document management. Coordinate, Prepare, and Execute document/data scanning, converting “paper” into a digital format

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong and clear communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and solve problems.
  • Strong ability to access, understand and act on issues with minimal assistance.
  • Must be proficient at using various computer platforms and systems, including Excel, Google, CRM’s and other portals.
  • Document Imaging: Preparing documents for electronic record system(s), scanning, indexing, maintaining scanning equipment and troubleshooting scanning errors.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically for long periods of time with a high volume of Documents/data.
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, Prepare, and Execute document/data scanning, converting “paper” into a digital format.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and document/data objectives in a high volume environment.
  • Working with sensitive legal information and must maintain confidentiality.
  • Responsible for document/data integrity within internal systems to ensure information can be extracted when needed.
  • Performs Quality Assurance (QA) of document/data to ensure proper follow through and reports to the Project Manager any inconsistencies. Be committed to accuracy.
  • Report progress and/or obstacles to the Project Manager promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all requests and communication as it pertains to the document/data management system(s).
