Job Description RRD is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team this Summer as a Document Specialist (QA) Intern! **THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE** Position Summary This intern position will work closely with the HealthCare team with a focus on document content analysis. The responsibilities include learning how to compare content between multiple documents, learning to diagnose differences and common content, and summarizing comparison results for senior team members. Testing data triggers for optional content in various document outputs, validating output as expected both positive and negative along with content updating. Responsibilities Document Analysis Compare document content, analyze differences and similarities. Evaluate variable content versus static content. Verify data triggers that create variable content. Verify accuracy of data and document content against a set of Masters. Update content as requested to ensure accuracy. Task & Time Management Must follow clear directions to organized daily work. Must follow established task milestones and due dates. Provide support via telephone/email using corporate toolset for logging and tracking document reviews. May be required to provide evening and weekend support to HealthCare clients during healthcare peak season. Must be able to work independently and within a team environment. Other Work with standard toolsets for content comparison. Manage document analysis tasks to achieve designated milestones and timelines. Escalate issues and blockers to Senior team members when needed. Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required - Currently pursuing a Degree from an accredited university; candidates with a strong interest in the healthcare sector are encouraged to apply. Required - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Required - Familiarity with PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets. Nice to have - Additional desired skills are needed, but on the job training will be offered – Adobe Professional, HTML coding, MS Access, PDF Comparison tools, Desktop publishing tools such as InDesign, Google Tools (e.g. Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Meets). Additional Information The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $24.00 / hour. All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of both a pre-employment background and drug screen.
