The Industrial Technology Centre is looking for a DOCUMENTATION ANALYST to join our growing team!

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

• Experience working in a ticket printing facility, a lottery regulatory body, or a document analysis laboratory is considered a strong asset
• Completed a Bachelor’s degree, or Grade 12 with significant related experience
• Knowledge or familiarity with the lottery ticket printing industry, gaming associations, or physical testing laboratories
• Well-developed fine motor skills and excellent eyesight
• Skilled in time management, client relations, and technical communications
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient with MS Office 365 (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and graphics manipulation programs
• Must be able to provide an RCMP (or equivalent) background check

• Perform quality and security tests on client-provided scratch-off and break-open lottery tickets
• Perform document examination of questioned documents from time to time
• Provide observations and opinions on the quality and security of the product. These will be reported to the client who may question your results, so you will need to be able to interact with customers in a firm yet friendly manner
• Be involved in the research and development of new tests to perform, and assist in implementing the new procedures
