(DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Documentation Control Specialist (ISO/Compliance – Remote) to manage document control systems, ensure ISO compliance, and maintain technical and regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in documentation standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Maintain and manage controlled documentation across departments. Ensure proper version control and document classification. Handle document distribution and access requests. Compliance & Reporting Assist in preparing compliance and ISO reports for management review. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards. Support internal and external audits related to document control. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with quality, compliance, and operations teams. Ensure documentation procedures align with company policies and industry standards. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Writing, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in documentation control or compliance support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards. Familiarity with government contracting documentation requirements. Problem-Solving: Address document issues proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
