We have an exciting opportunity to join our Documentation Team as we are actively recruiting for Documentation Coordinator responsible for the creation, organization, and maintenance of documents pertaining to manufactured equipment. This position reports to the Documentation Supervisor. What we’re looking for Create maintenance documentation and other deliverables as required. Capture photographs and videos of machines and equipment. Track project status and progress to ensure required documentation is completed as scheduled. Organize and maintain files in the CenterLine Documentation Portal Communicate with internal departments and external customers to gather, clarify, and provide required documentation. Design, create, and adhere Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) placards and tags, identifying lockout points on equipment. What you need to succeed Secondary school diploma Excellent communication and administrative skills. Ability to work in a hybrid team environment as well as independently. Ability to manage and prioritize work in response to changing customer needs. Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Adobe applications. Manufacturing, design, or engineering experience an asset.
