Under the responsibility of the Quality Manager, they develop and maintain all document management processes and procedures, as well as Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as ACONEX, SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc., to ensure the implementation of document coding, circulation, validation, and archiving for all project documents. They report any malfunctions or difficulties to the Quality Manager.

Responsibilities

THIS ROLE COULD BE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in document management for large-scale projects in Canada or internationally.
  • Proficiency in ACONEX, SharePoint, and ProjectWise document management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to identify priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
