In your new role as Documentation Officer, you will ensure effective and efficient generation of loan document generation to optimise customer satisfaction. Key accountabilities include, but not limited to: Generate loan documentation Manage and control the Customer Service/Settlement inbox Prepare finance quotes according to program parameters Undertake a range of customer contact activity, including management of customer queries, issues and complaints including escalations and follow-ups May process settlements Undertake a range of activity to ensure legal compliance and behavioural, ethical and procedural compliance with Kubota policies, procedures and guidelines and relevant organisational policies and procedures Prepare a range of reporting, such as reporting on compliance activity for appropriate authorities (as required) Undertake a range of general administration tasks (as directed) Undertake other duties within the limits of knowledge, skills and experience (as directed) To excel in this role, your resume will include: Demonstrate an excellent applied understanding of lending processes Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian and New Zealand legislative and regulatory requirements including AML/CTF Act, Privacy Act, and National Credit Code Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive professional relationships, including with customers Highly developed organisational skills evidenced by a track history of meeting agreed deadlines and standard through effective coordination of workflow and prioritisation of work Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy/quality Well developed interpersonal skills and proven communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills Well developed conceptual and problem-solving capability Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and busy team environment Proven ability to monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Kubota have a zero tolerance approach to alcohol and illicit drugs on all our sites.
