Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have the opportunity to prepare, distribute, and store accurate and timely customer and supplier documents for projects as per the company’s/project’s procedures. Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting colleagues with advice and guidance on documentation control issues.

  • Work model: #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Motion Service division in Lucca, Italy. Main stakeholders are internal relevant departments and external clients.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

  • Managing documentation related to safety and access to constructions sites, while ensuring they are retained in compliance with the company’s/project’s procedures, including format, receipt, registration, number, filing, recovery, and the issue of documents.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the project document list, periodically updating and issuing the document list, as well as preparing and updating progress reports and collecting relevant signatures and approvals.
  • Contributing to process enhancements related to document management and applying the document management system efficiently.
  • Setting up the documentation management system and document controls process and supporting with other administrative and office-related tasks if/when required.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • Degree in Engineering, Technical diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in technical or administrative roles
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and in English
  • Detail-oriented approach and analytical mindset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and senior stakeholders
