We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Administrator with experience in SAP ECC to support our day-to-day business operations. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy and integrity across our material, customer, and vendor master data.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC master data (MM, SD, or FI modules preferred).
• Previous role as a Master Data Administrator, Analyst, or related SAP user position.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to follow governance rules and standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills to support internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) is a plus.

• Create, maintain, and extend master data records in SAP ECC (materials, customers, vendors, BOMs, etc.).
• Validate data requests for completeness and accuracy before entry.
• Monitor and process master data change requests in line with governance rules.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies or duplicates.
• Support business users in submitting correct data requests.
• Generate reports to track data quality, completeness, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, sales, and IT teams to ensure master data supports operational needs.
