As a Dog Grooming Specialist, you’re at the heart of that experience. You create a calm, positive environment for every dog, build real relationships with pet parents, and take pride in delivering beautiful, thoughtful grooms. Assess coat condition, behavior, and overall comfort Maintain clean, organized workstations and shop space Communicate clearly with the front desk and leadership team Uphold Bowie Barker standards for care, safety, and quality Be an active, supportive part of our team Who You Are: 2+ years experience in professional dog bathing Confident in safely handling dogs 60 pounds and up Able to stand for 8+ hours a day Detail oriented and take pride in your work Reliable, accountable, and team focused Open to feedback and excited to grow into more responsibility To stand out, we do encourage you to submit photos/videos of your work as part of the application process.
