Description
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 AM–12:30 PM (20 hours/week) Start your morning surrounded by wagging tails and the scent of cleaning supplies—you’ll use both here! 🐶✨ Our Dog Daycare Support Specialist role is half dog care (walks, potty breaks, group play) and half cleaning pro (mopping, windows, freshening Dream Dens). This isn’t “just” cleaning—it’s how we keep dogs healthy, safe, and happy every day. ❤️ Part of the Pack We’re not just looking for help—we’re looking for our next family member. Someone who’ll be part of the pack for years to come, not just a season. If you’re loyal, dependable, and love dogs like family, you’ll fit right in. 🐾 🐕 Dog Care Tasks (Approx. 50%) Supervise and manage playgroups of 10+ off-leash dogs (some 100-lb furry goofballs included!) Walk individual dogs for potty breaks before joining playgroups Cover wranglers’ lunch breaks and assist with smooth group transitions Observe dog behavior and maintain safe, structured play environments Greet clients during drop-off and answer simple questions courteously 🧼 Cleaning & Facility Tasks (Approx. 50%) Clean and sanitize Dream Dens, play areas, grooming lounge, and staff spaces Empty trash cans, mop floors, wipe surfaces, and restock cleaning supplies Wash indoor and outdoor windows for a bright, welcoming space Pick up trash or debris outside to keep the property looking sharp Expect frequent bending, pushing vacuums and mops, and lifting up to 50 lbs Take pride in maintaining a clean, healthy environment for dogs and clients You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Live within 15 minutes of Everett (98203) – reliability matters when dogs are waiting rain or shine. Have stayed at your last job for 12 consecutive months or longer – we value consistency and follow-through. Can commit to perfect attendance for your first 90 days – training and dog routines depend on it. Show up on time, every time – dogs notice when you’re late (and so does the team). Can stay focused without your phone – we use radios so hands stay free for dogs and cleaning. Enjoy physical, hands-on work – bending, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, lifting, and walking dogs. Are confident handling dogs of all sizes – some of our furry goofballs top 100 lbs! Take pride in cleanliness – it’s how we keep dogs healthy and clients impressed. Please Do Not Apply If: You’re looking for a short-term or “just for now” job. You plan to take time off during your first three months. You dislike cleaning, physical work, or repetitive tasks. You’re uncomfortable around large, energetic dogs. Perks & Benefits Paid sick leave (including mental-health days) Employee discounts on grooming and boarding Stable weekday mornings—no evenings or weekends Supportive, dog-loving team that appreciates reliability and teamwork Why You’ll Love It Here This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch-the-dogs kind of job—it’s an active, purpose-driven role where you’ll help keep tails wagging and floors shining. You’ll stay moving, feel proud of your work, and be part of a pack that takes pride in caring for dogs the right way. Apply Today to Join Our Reliable, Dog-Loving Team If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in making spaces sparkle, shows up when you say you will, and wants to be part of a team that values both dogs and dependability, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and tell us why this feels like the right long-term fit for you.
