We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. This role involves working closely with pets to ensure they are clean, comfortable, and well-groomed, while also delivering excellent customer service to pet owners.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in veterinary care or animal care is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with pet owners effectively.
• Familiarity with various grooming techniques and tools is an advantage.

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling of various breeds of dogs and cats.
• Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin, providing recommendations for care.
• Handle pets safely and humanely during grooming sessions, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grooming area and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ grooming needs and aftercare.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Assist in the care of animals in the facility, which may include heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or equipment.
