We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Grooming Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Assist groomers with bathing, drying, and grooming pets to ensure they look their best.
  • Handle animals safely and comfortably, ensuring their well-being during the grooming process.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ needs and grooming services and understanding the needs accordingly.
  • Assist in lifting and moving larger animals as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
  • Monitor pets for any signs of distress or health issues and report concerns to the groomer or veterinary staff.
  • Take payment from customers and effectively use the booking system.
