Ashley Hills Pet Center is located in Monroe, GA. offering Dog and Cat Boarding Services as well as Doggie Daycare, Grooming and Training. We are seeking to hire a motivated, compassionate and dependable part time Grooming Assistant/Bather. Experience is recommended but not required. On the job training is provided if needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our furry clients, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and happy during each service while maintaining the well-being of each furry friend.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to safely lift/ push/ pull 50 pounds
  -Comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds
  -Drivers License preferred
  -Sundays are required
  -Holidays are also required (paid overtime)
  -Strong communications skills
  -Team player and ability to pay close attention to detail

-Assist Groomer with bathing, drying and brushing pets accordingly to their specific needs
-Trimming & Dremeling of Nails, Externally expressing glands
-Assist groomer with safely restraining dogs for haircuts
-Provide potty breaks for each furry friend during services
-Maintain/Sanitizing of work space, tools, and equipment
-Keeping track of inventory and products
-Experienced candidates may also be responsible for grooming prep such as sanitary trims and mini grooms
