Job Title: Self employed Dog Walker
Duties:
- Walk dogs of various sizes and breeds in designated areas, Group & Solo walks
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the dogs at all times
- Follow specific instructions provided by us regarding walking routes, feeding schedules, and any special needs or requirements
- Provide exercise and mental stimulation for the dogs during walks
- Clean up after the dogs, including disposing of waste properly
- Monitor the behavior and health of the dogs, reporting any concerns to the owner or supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of each walk, including duration, distance, and any notable observations
Experience:
- Previous experience working with dogs is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic dog behavior and body language is a plus
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments in a calm and confident manner
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with dog owners and provide updates on their pets
- Physical stamina to walk multiple dogs for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Desirable to Have a least a level 3 in animal management or care (or working towards)
