JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Dog Walker/Pet Sitter to join our team at Pawesome Memories. You’ll be responsible for looking after pets in the comfort of their own home, providing companionship, exercise, feeding, and lots of love.
Your role is essential in helping pet owners enjoy their time away, knowing their beloved pets are in great hands. After all, the Pawesome Family moto is “Loving care, when you’re not there…”

Experience:

• Professional Pet Sitting or Dog Walking: 1 year (preferred)
• Friends or Family Pet Sitting or Dog Walking: 2 years (required

DUTIES

• Pet Care: Provide daily care for pets, including feeding, walking, grooming (if needed), and administering any medication (if required)
• Companionship: Spend quality time with pets, engaging in activities like playtime, cuddling, and creating memorable moments
• House Sitting: While pet-sitting, ensure the pet’s home is safe and secure, and help with light household tasks (e.g., bringing in mail, watering plants, etc.).
• Pet Safety: Monitor the pet’s health, behaviour, and well-being, and notify Pawesome Memories of any concerns or changes
• Pet Updates: Provide regular updates to pet owners through WhatsApp, photos, and videos, ensuring they have peace of mind while away
• Emergency Preparedness: Know what to do in case of an emergency, including understanding pet first-aid and having access to emergency contacts

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE FLEXIBLE, RESPONSIBLE, ATTENTIVE, AND EAGER TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE LIVES OF PETS AND THEIR OWNERS

Please note: Our clients are currently within the South-East of the UK and therefore must be either based within the area or happy to commute
