Duties:
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple locations within a designated region

- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Identify market trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions
- Ensure consistent customer service standards are met across all locations
