IMPORTANT TO YOUR SUCCESS – LET’S GROW TOGETHER

We’re looking for a strategic thought leader with deep AI/ML expertise who can also be hands-on in guiding solution delivery and driving innovation.

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

• Proven experience in AI/ML architecture, with a strong portfolio of successful implementation of AI projects.
• Deep understanding of the components of a modern AI platform, including machine learning, generative models & LLMs and emerging agentic AI standards.
• Strong grasp of and experience with data ops and model lifecycle management practices.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, with excellent communication skills.
• Relevant certifications and hands-on experience with Snowflake, Python and/or AWS AI tools (eh SageMaker) is a bonus.

• Define and implement architecture strategies for AI/ML platforms aligned with Zurich’s digital transformation goals.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions, including machine learning, generative and agentic AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into actionable AI capabilities and architectural roadmaps.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to support automation, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices in digital security, data privacy, and compliance within AI solutions
