HOW YOU CAN MAKE YOUR MARK

As domain architect you are responsible for the development and maintenance of the architecture within the Information Systems domain, supporting the business processes. You ensure alignment with the Enterprise Architecture and compliance with the Enterprise Architecture guidelines and standards.
You will, in collaboration with other architects, process consultants and external service providers define the Information systems around HR, Recruitment and Payroll solutions, the application landscape and the technical architectural vision and strategic roadmaps. You also will support their implementation through the key businesses and IT initiatives and strategic projects. There are major and interesting challenges ahead of us, from consolidating HR functions worldwide, continuous development of needs from the HR domain, increasing complexity regarding cyber security and the rise of AI. You will report to the manager information systems, with a functional reporting line to the enterprise architect.

YOUR QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the End to End Ecosystems for business applications.
  • Familiarity and experience integrating business applications with master data systems and integrations platforms.
  • Experience working with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF along with knowledge of EA tools for modeling architecture like Archimate and BPMN notation.
  • Several years of professional IT experience in large scale business systems environments with hands on experience as an architect for at least 3 years in an international contract business environment.
  • Higher Professional Education (Bachelor) with a Post Bachelor IT certificate (preferred).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in the Architecture Team to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of the right architecture.
  • Responsible for Project Start Architecture and High-level solution direction.
  • Ensure that architectural artifacts are maintained in the common Enterprise Architecture Repository.
  • Perform ongoing architecture quality reviews for domain-specific projects/programs.
  • Define domain-specific principles, standards, and guidelines.
  • Ensure architecture decisions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop domain-specific plateau roadmaps under the supervision of the Enterprise Architect.
  • Analyze current domain and solution architecture to identify weaknesses and develop improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the yearly Domain Improvement Plan.
  • Interface with external partners to ensure solutions are architected correctly.
