IMPORTANT TO YOUR SUCCESS – LET’S GROW TOGETHER

We’re looking for a strategic thought leader who can also be hands on when needed, with a strong background in enterprise architecture and insurance transformation.

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

• Proven experience in a Domain or Solution Architect role, ideally within the insurance sector.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and data-driven architecture.
• Strong grasp of DevSecOps practices and end-to-end technology stacks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with everyone—from technical teams to senior executives.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are highly regarded.

• Define and implement architecture strategies aligned with Zurich’s digital transformation goals.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and modern digital solutions across the General Insurance domain.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable architecture.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to support innovation and operational excellence
