About the Role

We are looking for a Domain Architect to lead and shape the domain-level architecture of our Enabling Technology Platforms team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a cohesive and strategic architectural direction across four capability areas within the team:

• IT Infrastructure
• Integrations & Automation
• Data Platforms
• Information Security

Each of these areas is managed by a dedicated Platform Manager responsible for solution-level architecture. While Platform Managers do not report to the Domain Architect, close collaboration is essential to align between capability areas and services, ensure cross-functional coherence, and drive innovation across the organization.
Domain Architect is reporting to Senior IT Manager, Enabling Tecnology Platforms. The role can be located in Helsinki, Finland or Mölndal Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the domain architecture vision across IT infrastructure, integrations & automation, data platforms, and information security.
• Ensure architectural alignment between different capability areas while supporting the needs of business and IT strategy.
• Work closely with Platform Managers to guide solution architecture, ensure interoperability, and drive best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teams to translate business needs into architectural decisions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Support enterprise architecture initiatives and contribute to overall IT strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in enterprise or domain architecture, ideally covering IT infrastructure, integrations, data platforms, and security.
• Strong understanding of modern technology landscapes, including cloud platforms, automation, data management, and cybersecurity.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, partnering with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical guidance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive architectural discussions and influence decisions.
• A track record of delivering technology solutions that support business objectives in a complex IT environment.
