INTRODUCTION TO THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced Domain Architect within IT R&D – Product IT & BL Apps. Our department provides a diverse set of IT services to both D&E and CS, including managed operations for VCP, components for EPS, customer connectivity (BRES, ABRES, BRES+), software distribution (Raptor, Patchmail), custom development of tools for CS, and development tooling for BL Apps and infrastructure (VM hosting, K8S hosting, VDIs, etc.).
The role is positioned within IT R&D – Product IT Specialty services, consisting of multiple teams with diverse services such as on-prem Kubernetes hosting, patch distribution services, managed service devices, product security, and data analytics. This role requires a strong background in both infrastructure and affinity with application architecture.
Role and responsibilities
As a Domain Architect, you will collaborate closely with the department architect and tech leads across various teams to drive our technological vision forward. You’ll oversee the infrastructure architecture for a subset of products & services, you’ll ensure our services are secure by design, have a fit within the ASML IT landscape, and align with business objectives.
