Business Skillset Gather business requirements, Translate needs to specs, Ensure HIPAA/CMS compliance, Facilitate workshops/meetings, Support UAT validation, Prepare flows/use cases/RTM, Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/ACA, Strong communication & documentation, Work in Agile/Scrum, Add on: Certifications CBAP/CSPO/healthcare Technical Skillset JIRA & Confluence, Healthcare analytics/reporting, SQL/Snowflake, Knowledge of FHIR/HL7/interoperability JD Gather and document business requirements from healthcare stakeholders Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS (Medicare & Medicaid) guidelines, and other regulatory standards. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders. Support UAT and validate solutions against requirements. Prepare process flows, use cases, and requirement traceability matrices. Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, ACA, and US healthcare programs. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred: Experience with healthcare analytics and reporting for data analysis, SQL / Snowflake Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, or other interoperability standards.
