Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS (Medicare & Medicaid) guidelines, and other regulatory standards. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders. Support UAT and validate solutions against requirements. Prepare process flows, use cases, and requirement traceability matrices. Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, ACA, and US healthcare programs. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
