[What the role is] The Domain Lead position under the Enterprise Student Systems (ESS) department at Temasek Polytechnic involves collaborating with Senior Domain Leads, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts to execute tasks relate to assigned domains. [What you will be working on] Reporting directly to the Functional Manager, the Domain Lead will collaborate with other Domain Leads, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to: • Execute and ensure that tasks related to assigned domain(s) are completed successfully according to the agreed schedule. deliverables and standards. • Participate in requirement reviews to confirm understanding, harmonise and ensure the testability of use cases and functionality for user scenarios. • Plan and prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT), as well as handle data preparation, test data, data migration, and training plans. • Manage UAT teams by coordinating the involvement of SMEs and testers, executing test cases, and overseeing progress and ensure successful UAT sign-off. • Participate in process reviews to streamline operations. • Collaborate with vendors and other teams to address and resolve issues. • Collaborate with other Domain Leads and Change Management team for plan execution. • Ensure proper closure and filing of documents. [What we are looking for] • Has at least 3 years’ experience in supporting academic and administration services. • Has hands-on experience in Academic and Administrative Systems as end users. • Has at least 3 years’ experience in conducting training. • Relevant experience in Information Technology, Information Science or IT-related disciplines is advantageous. • Experience in business process engineering is highly advantageous. • Possesses good communication skills (written and spoken). • Possesses good interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels and is a team player. • Possesses excellent time management and strong multi-tasking skills. • Possesses good organisational and analytical skills. • Is self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work well under pressure. • Hands-on experience in data analytics and dashboarding tools is advantageous. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Visio tools. http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
