Join our Team We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Domain Sales Support Manager, driving strategic customer engagements and expanding Ericsson's position as a trusted partner across our domain offerings. In this role, you will support multiple Customer Units and Key Account Management (KAM) organizations, influencing customer strategy at the executive level and identifying high-value opportunities. You will lead domain-specific sales activities, shape customer vision, and help secure long-term business growth. As a people leader, you will guide a professional team to deliver commercial excellence, thought leadership, and impactful customer value. This is a fast-paced, strategic, and high-exposure position where you will collaborate with senior leaders, inspire innovation, and create new solutions to complex business challenges—all while fostering a safe and thriving work environment aligned with our Target Zero principles. What you will do Drive domain-level sales growth by supporting KAMs with business development, strategic engagements, and opportunity shaping. Identify and qualify leads at a strategic level, influencing customer direction, vision, and long-term strategy. Engage and build trusted relationships with C-level and senior customer executives, positioning Ericsson as their preferred domain partner. Provide domain thought leadership and deliver customer value through insight selling, storytelling, and consultative engagement. Take key roles in major engagements (e.g., ACR/CSR) to advance opportunities from early discussions to deal closure. Support multiple CUs/KAMs simultaneously, ensuring consistent strategic alignment and execution. Direct teams and programs with accountability for performance, professional development, and business results. Evaluate complex business challenges and drive innovative commercial and technical solutions. Partner cross-functionally to influence internal stakeholders, drive alignment, and negotiate with external customers and partners. Promote health, safety, and well-being as a core leadership responsibility to ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-performance environment. What you will bring Prior experience as a Solution Manager across Radio, Core, Transport, or OSS domains. Experience in Service Delivery functions such as Rollout, Design & Optimization, Customer Support, or Managed Services. Background as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams or programs with measurable business outcomes.
