Domain Specialist L2 – Senior HR Advisor   HR Advisory, People Operations and Policy   * Support leaders with diverse people-related issues.   * High performing, collaborative team with great people, scope of work and flexible working.   * Full time, 12-month fixed term opportunity  * Location: Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch     Ara Whiwhi Mahi | The Opportunity   As a Senior HR Advisor you’ll hit the ground running, providing expert operational HR guidance and support to people leaders. You’ll work end to end on complex HR technical cases, including employee investigations, performance management and absences issues from coaching leaders on initial conversations through to dismissal.   You'll be experienced in providing support to leaders within business groups to help them achieve their goals and building people leadership capability. You'll be working at pace and juggling lots of things at once, with agility to turn your mind to big picture matters quickly and ensuring you complete HR processes.   What do you get in return?
