Workforce Advisor – Operational Planning * Two permanent full-time roles * Locations Hamilton, Wellington, or Christchurch   The Opportunity | Ara Whiwhi Mahi If you enjoy solving complex planning challenges, working with data, and helping operational leaders make better decisions, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for experienced Workforce Advisors to join our Operational Planning team. In this role, you’ll help make sure the right people, with the right skills, are available at the right time to meet customer demand and business priorities. You’ll work closely with other planners, operational teams, and leaders to provide insight and advice that supports good decision‑making and effective workforce use across a complex, fast‑moving environment.     What you’ll be doing | Ngā mahi matua   In this role, you will: * Develop and maintain operational plans that align workforce capacity with demand and business priorities * Provide clear advice, options, and impact analysis to support operational and leadership decisions * Work closely with planning colleagues, operational teams, and leaders to support joined‑up planning * Analyse workforce demand, capacity, and constraints across phone‑based and non‑phone work * Optimise rosters, workloads, and skill use using VerintWorkforce Management * Clearly explain how planning decisions affect operational performance and customer outcomes * Lead or contribute to projects and service improvement initiatives that deliver better customer and business outcomes   This role goes beyond maintaining schedules.
