What you will do: Handle customer issues via Customer Service Requests, on-call support, and investigation. Coordinate technical investigations with Development and third-party teams when required. Perform emergency recoveries at customer request. Manage Software Update Management (SUM), troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Monitor and resolve issues on Charging System platforms. Maintain process documents (MOP/SOP) and manage version control. Work in Regular night shifts You will bring: Strong knowledge and operational experience in Charging Systems (Ericsson Charging System experience is a must). Good exposure to system administration activities on RHEL & UNIX. In-depth understanding of Intelligent Network (IN) domain and relevant protocols such as INAP, CAMEL, Diameter. Experience working on IN nodes such as ECMS, EDA, EMM, SDP, CCN, IVR, VS, AIR, CRS. Expertise in Linux, Python or Shell scripting. Database knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB. Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience. Ability to work effectively under SLA-driven environments. Skills in negotiation, planning, and delivering customer expectations. Key Qualifications: Education: B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Work in Regular night shifts Relevant experience in telecom, IN systems, and charging platforms
