Description
Monitor network alarms and Jeopardy alerts, resolve issues within SLA and assist engineers to execute corrective actions. Perform initial ticket triage for faults, provide accurate analysis and ensure correct L2 escalation. Maintain clear, concise ticket updates (access requests, confirmations, approval references, timestamps) to enable efficient execution. Lead and coordinate team activities during incidents: manage customer calls, emergency bridges and escalate to management when required. Run governance meetings and produce network reports and presentations (PPT) for customers and stakeholders. Foster a proactive, team-oriented working culture with strong performance ethics and professionalism. Provide L1/L2 support for customer complaints, conduct incident and problem management, manage vendor interactions, support contract/SLA evaluations. Strong knowledge of RAN KPIs across 2G/3G/4G/5G and ability to analyse, report and remediate KPI degradations. Solid understanding of GSM, WCDMA, LTE technologies, traffic and handover concepts, signaling and product functional behaviour. Familiarity with call flows, channel concepts and cell-site troubleshooting; practical experience with Linux/Unix environments. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent. The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
