Description

Llamau is daring to imagine a world without homelessness – will you help us to create it?
Llamau’s mission is to end youth homelessness and homelessness for women in Wales. It’s a big ambition and to some people it might seem impossible, but we know that if we all work together, homelessness genuinely doesn’t have to exist.
We’re looking for passionate, talented and tenacious people to join Team Llamau.
Oversee all aspects of service delivery across Llamau’s RISE contract. RISE delivers expert, specialist, independent domestic abuse and other violence services. This includes a range of crisis accommodation, community-based services for adults and CYP and group work. Your role will include ensuring the provision of consistent, high quality, safe, trauma informed services and service outcomes.
You will directly line manage 3 Team/Project Managers and their teams/projects within the contracts, ensuring they comply with all contract requirements and are continuously providing best practice support, whilst developing provision. Alongside line management of a Volunteer Coordinator and Monitoring Officer.
You will be the main contact for contract management with Cardiff County Council Local Authorities, including accurate and timely submission of monitoring returns. You will also be responsible for ensuring all schemes are working towards achieving any outcomes and KPI’s set by the commissioners, VAWDSV Legislation and Regional Strategy and delivery plans.
At all times you will monitor performance of projects and teams, ensuring Llamau continues to deliver the very best support to young people and vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness.
You’ll be working alongside passionate and supportive colleagues in a rewarding environment, where you’ll be making a huge contribution to creating a Wales without homelessness, every single day.
