SUMMARY:
To assist the Chromaline department in all aspects relating to the processing of USA and foreign orders and to maintain the flow of foreign orders from initial receipt to departure. Receive and process all customer orders into the SAP system and provide customers with information regarding stock status, delivery date estimates and special instructions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Process domestic and foreign orders by preparing preliminary bids with freight companies and logistics companies; calculating foreign and domestic pricing; schedule shipping dates; entering orders in our EPR system; fulfilling all paperwork needed to accompany orders for world-wide shipments.
Arrange shipping by completing customs and shipping related documentation, notifying freight forwarders, and tracking shipments to destination.
Maintain relationships with all top distributors defined by the International Sales Manager and the Domestic Sales Manager to assure fulfillment of orders.
Performs correspondence and communication to foreign distributors, domestic distributors,
end customers and the SAATI America’s Customer Service Team to assure orders are delivered
and coordinated.
Assists International and Domestic Sales team with Return Authorizations, Cases,
Customer Complaints and assists with data entry on cases in designated CRM and Quality
software.
Communicate with supply chain, operations, receiving and shipping on inventory needs to fulfill
orders.
Arrange shipping by completing customs and shipping related documents, notifying freight
forwarders, scheduling containers for shipments and tracking them to the destination.
Maintains and updates filing systems, utilizes CRM software for accurate tracking of
communications with sales team and customers.
Writes international ISO procedures for administrative tasks and duties.
Authorizes the payment of freight invoices.
Updates Director while traveling.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,
technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business
correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond
to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,
percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and
geometry. Ability to transfer data from imperial units to metric units of measure and volumes.
