SUMMARY

We are seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our team in West Wickham. This role is vital in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Shifts are 8am-2pm. 3 shifts per week, must be available to work alternate weekends.
Enhancement on pay for NVQ qualified applicants.

• Perform cleaning duties throughout the facility to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist with laundry services and ensure linens are clean and well-maintained.
• Support the overall upkeep of communal areas and resident rooms.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions as required to improve skills and knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
