To be successful for this role, you should ideally have the following:

Prior experience in a similar role

• Availability to work a roster Monday to Friday between 9:30am to 2:30pm
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Ability to built strong rapport with clients
• Hold a current Police Check – or willing to obtain
• Hold a current First Aid including CPR Certificate – or willing to obtain

THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant Worker to join our team at Mounties Care to provide domestic support for our wonderful clients across Southport, QLD on a Casual basis.

As a Domestic Assistant Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients which may involve:

• Delivering assistance with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms/toilets
• Assist with laundering, ironing and folding of items/garments
• Provide cleaning services as reasonably requested
• Assist clients with shopping
• Meal preparation
• Any other light domestic duties reasonably requested
