JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Domestic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including residential and commercial rooms and spaces. You will ensure that all areas of the home are a clean and comfortable environment in which staff and visitors can effectively work. You are responsible for all areas of cleaning, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping.
This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

SKILLS

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
  • A willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning practices and customer service.
    Report and record in the appropriate manner any information considered to be important to the Registered Manager and adhere to Blair Lodge policies and procedures.
