Our new team member will possess:

• Being comfortable and confident with the physical demands of cleaning, and capable of working productively under time constraints.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel up to 35km from Geelong (regional cleans included).
• A positive attitude, be trustworthy and dependable.
• Be comfortable working independently, while also able to collaborate as part of a team.
• The ability to deliver high quality / attentive to detail cleans.
• An openness to constructive feedback and growth.
• Respect for privacy, safety, and client wellbeing.

-You will be guided with two weeks on job training before cleaning solo.
