Description

We are looking for a fully qualified 18th Edition, Part P Electrician to join our team, carrying out work across a range of domestic and commercial properties. Commercial sites include offices, warehouses, pubs, restaurants, shops, schools, hospitals, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in both domestic homes and a wide range of commercial premises.
  • Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) to current industry standards.
  • Work independently or supervise an electrcians Mat/apprentice when required.
  • Ensure all work complies with current electrical wiring regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment, including company vehicle and tools.
  • Take customer payments (card and cash) where necessary.
  • Complete all relevant electrical certificates and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • (Where applicable) Support the training and development of an apprentice.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fully qualified with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and Part P certification.
  • Qualified and experienced in carrying out EICRs.
  • Domestic electrical experience is essential.
  • Experience in commercial settings such as offices, warehouses, schools, and healthcare environments is highly desirable.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions on-site.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
