ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced and confident Full-Time Electrician to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, problem-solve efficiently, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’ll be working primarily in London and surrounding areas, servicing high-end property management clients, and performing a variety of tasks, including EICR testing and inspections, remedial works, and reactive maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) testing and inspections
• Carrying out EICR remedial works and reactive maintenance
• Responding to and resolving electrical issues quickly and efficiently
• Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Working with a diverse team and collaborating on larger projects when needed
• Providing exceptional service to high-end property management clients in London
