Job Description Main accountabilities (Main Responsibilities): LDC announces a vacancy for a position of Domestic Execution Specialist to cover an employee on maternity leave. We are open to considering candidates from other cities such as Poltava, Dnipro, Kharkiv, etc. Key responsibilities: Receiving, verifying, and maintaining corporate documents of suppliers, as well as entering data into 1C. Preparing UAH purchase and sales contracts and addendums, and entering relevant information into 1C. Controlling the availability of required original hard copy and electronic documents for payments in UAH. Processing and posting supplier invoices for goods and services in the system and ensuring timely payments. Preparing, reserving, and monitoring cash flow movements. Providing necessary information and supporting documentation to the Legal and Risk departments. Experience, skills and requirements: Experience in contract administration or accounting is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong MS Excel skills and ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems. Education: Higher education / Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting. Languages: Ukrainian – native English – Intermediate Other skills and competencies: Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and demonstrate initiative. Attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Personal qualities: Responsibility and discipline. Attention to detail. Ability to work in a multitasking environment. Proactiveness in suggesting process improvements.
