GAS ENGINEER - HOME COUNTIES

We’re looking for experienced commercial or domestic gas engineers to join our team!

• Gas Safe registered with current Commercial Gas Qualifications including CODNC01 or COCN1, TPCP1 & 1A, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, and BMP1, and current Domestic Gas Qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, DAH1, HTR1 (or equivalent)
• Self-employed contractor status
• Min. of 40 hours availability required per week

We book thousands of jobs for both commercial and residential property owners every month. We work with several well-known commercial clients, across all types of businesses.
We specialise in reactive, hourly rate work and follow-up, remedial work. We do this 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our team provide a full range of gas services to residential and commercial property owners. You’ll be provided with confirmed bookings that relate to your specific expertise, on a constant basis. You’ll earn for your time-on-site, plus time for parts/materials collection. Typical bookings include:

• Gas safety checks and certificates
• Boiler installations, repairs, and servicing
• General central heating system repairs

Clear communication with customers is essential. You’ll be expected to provide reassurance by explaining the work you’ll do for them and sharing your knowledge. You’ll also be confident quoting for remedial work. Our bespoke software enables tradespeople to take responsibility for managing their own work rather than always relying on office-based support.
You’ll be supported by a field-based Technical Manager. They’ll provide training, advice and assistance and can arrange additional resource on jobs that escalate in size and complexity.
We try to provide engineers with bookings in the same geographic area. However, you’ll be prepared to travel anywhere in and around the M25 but, due to our company expansion we will keep you as close to home as possible. You’ll be required to be on call for cyclical evening and weekend coverage.
