Description

Talent 360 is hiring a Domestic Logistics and Fleet Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a proactive and organized professional who can effectively coordinate fleet operations, monitor vehicle maintenance activities, and ensure the availability of transportation resources to support business operations. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient utilization across the company. - Support in preparation of inbound and outbound operations planning - Responsible for executing inbound and out bound logistics and transportation plan using company own fleet and transportation sub-contractor services at utmost efficient spend utilization. - Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and follow up on vehicle repairs to minimize downtime. - Track vehicle licenses, insurance policies, inspections, and other regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. - Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to support logistics, transportation needs and resolve fleet-related issues. - Maintain fleet records and prepare reports on vehicle performance, maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and fleet utilization. - Manage drivers’ performance, loading and unloading labor. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, fleet coordination, or transportation operations. - Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong negotiation skills with suppliers, workshops, and service providers. Work Details - Employment Type: Full-time - Work Model: On Site - Location: Badr City - Working Days: Sunday to Thursday - Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily fleet operations and transportation plans to ensure efficient vehicle utilization and minimal downtime. Manage vehicle maintenance, regulatory compliance, and driver performance while reporting on fleet costs and consumption.
